  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tablespoon garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves and stems, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sliced chives, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • For the Chili-Lime Mayo:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Prep: Add the shrimp to a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Mix: Add panko breadcrumbs, garlic, red bell pepper, cilantro, chives, Dijon mustard, eggs, Tabasco sauce, lemon zest, and salt to the shrimp. Mix just until combined.
  • Shape: Form the mixture into 6 patties.
  • Cook: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
